mumbai style pav bhaji

born and brought up in mumbai i have always been a foodie... wat i love about mumbai is that you get a variety of cuisines .... anywhere you go and at anytime you can be assured you will not stay hungry .... even at 2.30 in the night you will find our anna serving coffee on the cycle which is amazing... i am a big fan of mumbai city.... i remember as a child going to juhu beach to specially enjoy the chaat , pav bhaji, gola... altough no matter how much we try we definitely cannot match the taste.... but i have my very own version which i learnt watching my mom .... its not complicated at all and very yummy ...
